With the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the European Union, the topic of data protection is at the top of the agenda for all organizations and companies. Anyone running a wiki in the EU today also needs technical solutions to be able to comply with the legal requirements. And this standard seems to be gradually gaining acceptance in other countries as well.
